Our Goals
CEA aims to develop measure proposals for building and energy code improvements that will deliver energy savings, reduce costs, and move California closer to its energy and environmental goals. CEA collaborates with a broad range of stakeholders including the statewide CASE Team, CEC, manufacturers, acceptance test technicians, municipalities, contractors, and commissioning providers to develop code proposals.
