A range of new challenges are facing those responsible for operating commercial office buildings as a result of the coronavirus, including how to best operate the heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) systems.
In this webinar, two seasoned ENERGY STAR partners will share their experiences in both managing building operations and providing advice to clients regarding HVAC operations.

Tanya M. Geary, RPA - Regional General Manager, Lincoln Property Company
Tanya Geary, RPA, has 28 years of commercial real estate experience in property management and project management. She currently oversees 1.4 million square feet of commercial office property in LPC West’s Los Angeles region. Tanya’s all-around expertise in property management and project management remain the primary factors for her success in the field of real estate. Her work reflects LPC West’s primary focus of increasing revenue and reducing expenses, while continuing to maintain the best relations with the property owner, tenants and vendors.
Barry Abramson, PE - Principal, Servidyne
Barry Abramson, PE, is Principal of Servidyne, an energy and sustainability consulting firm based in Atlanta, GA. Barry has spent the past 40 years consulting on energy and HVAC issues for existing buildings. He was Principal Investigator for an ASHRAE research project on HVAC equipment service life, with the results published in the ASHRAE Handbook. He is past-Chair of the USGBC LEED Energy and Atmosphere Technical Advisory Group and serves on the ASHRAE Committee for Standard 211, Commercial Building Energy Audits. Barry holds a Bachelor of Science in Energy and Environmental Engineering from Stanford University.
Meghan McNulty, PE - Project Engineer, Servidyne
Meghan McNulty, PE, is a Project Engineer at Servidyne. She joined Servidyne in 2013 and specializes in energy efficiency and indoor air quality in existing buildings. Meghan is a member of the ASHRAE Committee for Standard 62.1, Ventilation and Acceptable Indoor Air Quality, and she also serves on the ASHRAE Government Affairs Committee. She holds a Master of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Virginia Tech and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering with a certificate in Sustainable Energy from Princeton University.
