2021 # 3 - Christina Page, Climate Interactive: Tools For A Thriving Future
Christina Page, former Climate Action Director for Seattle and head of Business Partnerships for Climate Interactive talks about their simulation models such as the En-ROADS simulator which enables users to explore the impact of policies that will help limit global warming to no more than 2º C through 2100. Climate Interactive is an independent, not-for-profit think-tank that grew out of MIT Sloan in Cambridge, Massachusetts, USA. Based on a long tradition of system dynamics modeling, their simulations and insights help people see connections, play out scenarios, and see what works to address climate change, inequity, and related issues like energy, health, and food.
